I bought a Crown Prince Ch6 & others

Once again, it became a Monday update instead of a weekend update. I was refining my translation and it took more time than I’d expected. This week, I’m introducing two new novels. There’s supposed to be another one, but I’m still not satisfied with the chapter, so I’m holding on to it for now, but if you’re dying for some modern slow paced slice of life with a dash of fantasy, please look forward to it soon(tm).

First of all, I apologise for the title, but this is the official English title and I know it’s phrased weirdly… The Japanese title goes something like, “If you’re throwing me away anyway, then I’ll do whatever I please.” Right, so I know so far this and ‘I sold a Crown Prince’ have real sketch titles, ahhh, but just bear with me here. (The next one too, real long title… JAPANESE AUTHORS!! STOP THIS TREND OF WHO CAN THINK OF THE LONGEST TITLE!!! SMH)

The premise of this story is set on an engagement abandonment (sorta), yandere (sorta), villainess (sorta)… There’s a lot of R-18 content. It’ll be my first time translating SOOO MUCH sexy time stuff… I just want to give it a go cause…

This will be a long-term project since it’s a little longer than ‘I bought A Crown Prince at the Slave Market.’ I’ll update this a little more frequently, it’ll most probably be more than one chapter a week. But, for now, as I’d been slacking some, it’ll be a chapter a week. (if you suddenly see more chapters, you know I got juice)  Also, while this isn’t some earth shattering writing (it’s cliché, but I enjoyed the torrid relationship between the leads.) it was one of the more enjoyable ones. At least, I was living vicariously through it.

The third one is an ongoing web novel. It hasn’t been updated since end of July, so this will also be kind of irregular update from me, but since it’s just a few chapters available for now, maybe I’ll do them all at one go as we wait for the author to update. The premise, is again, LOOSELY, on engagement abandonment, villainess, there’s also reincarnation in a game thrown in. But, it’s a gag comedy novel and its episodic. The main character, is kinda a trash/degenerate-ish character. Well, I think she’s just fed-up so she started behaving recklessly. The kind of gag is exactly the shit I’m into (like Renai Flag Zero) and because she trash talk a lot, the freedom in translating it is fun.

The two new titles doesn’t have an editor, so you read at your own risk. It’s just how it’s gonna be until Zokels come back or if I got a new editor. If you are really offended by my bad grammar, prose and phrasing, VOLUNTEER. Bitching does nothing 🙂
